The Tonbo Sofa by Tokyo designer Naoki Terada takes its name from the crop marks used in Japanese printing. A solid hinoki frame outlines dense, softly edged cushions. The oiled hinoki frame has a light citrus scent, and the sofa is also offered in smoked, whitened and natural oak and sumi ash. Its compact size suits hospitality and contract interiors.
