Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Interior Design leader to help shape the future of our Brisbane Interior Design team.
Working closely with the Interior Design Group Leader, you'll play a critical role in leading projects, supporting team development and helping grow our Interior Design capability.
This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys balancing project delivery, people leadership and client engagement. You'll help guide project teams, mentor designers and contribute to the continued growth and success of the Brisbane studio.
As a Senior Associate, you will:
Lead the delivery of complex interior design projects across workplace, education, health, hospitality and science sectors
Work closely with the Group Leader to support team leadership, capability building and studio culture
