Job Description
Role:
Day to day involvement in development of project design tasks assigned by the team leader from early stages of design, through technical design development, to the construction documentation.
Design Management and Team Leadership:
Adhere to project deadlines.
Maintain the design quality standards.
Deliver the project under the guidance of Interior Designer III (IDII), Senior Interior Designer (SD) and/or Design Manager (DM).
Participate in the implementation of the project execution plan.
Participate in the preparation of the projects’ list of deliverables.
Participate in managing smaller teams, mentoring team members at IDI level based on experience, demonstrating a greater responsibility and ownership of output by oneself and others as allocated by IDIII and above.
Design & Technical Expertise:
Contribute to preparation of project/s’ concept design preparation including but not limited to:
Project Model/s and Graphical presentation
Drawings and Reports
Collaborate with SA and DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility.
Develop project deliveries while maintaining high‐quality design documents and co
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in architecture/interior design with good experience, managing complex projects at scale.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design.
- Strong understanding of architectural/interior design principles, Project Delivery, and basics of building codes.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in GCC region
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in BIM process, implementation and workflows.
