MiKK Studio is a London-based interior design practice working across high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects.

We create comfortable, luxurious interiors with functionality at their core, considering how spaces will be experienced, operated and used over the long term. Led by Irem Frayman, a BIID Registered Interior Designer, the practice draws on her experience in high-end residential design and as a Design Manager at YOTEL. This background combines an understanding of residential comfort with the operational demands of hospitality, balancing the guest experience with the practical requirements of back-of-house spaces. Irem’s Mediterranean upbringing, studies in New York City and life in London inform a culturally aware approach, bringing context and a sense of place to each project. Our collaborative team brings together interior design, lighting design, art curation, furniture specification and procurement. Working under one clear concept, we connect space planning, materials, lighting, art and furniture to deliver a coherent design. Our services extend from concept and design development through sourcing, purchasing and installation management, coordinating specialist manufacturers and installers throughout delivery.
