The company's dual capability as general contractor and facade contractor gives it a distinctive position in the regional market, allowing it to take complete responsibility for both the structural and the envelope aspects of major construction projects under a single point of management.

  The general contracting division handles complex turnkey construction across residential, hospitality, healthcare, sport and civil engineering sectors, coordinating all trades and disciplines throughout the construction programme. The facade contracting division specialises in aluminium facade systems, ventilated facade construction, sun shading facade design and installation, high-performance window systems, door systems and aluminium partition systems, working with both its own products and specified systems from leading manufacturers.

  Completed projects demonstrate the company's capacity to deliver at every scale and level of ambition. The BioSense Institute facade commission, completed in July 2023, represents one of the most technically demanding facade installations completed in Serbia in recent years. The Metropolitan BW building at Belgrade Waterfront, completed in June 2023, is among the most prestigious commercial developments in Serbia's capital and stands as a visible demonstration of Modulor's ability to deliver complex urban construction to the highest standard. The Youth Theatre Dadov, completed in May 2023, demonstrates the company's engagement with cultural and public building construction.
