Founded in 2006 by architects Juan Goñi and Ruth Buján, Klic Arquitectos is a Málaga-based architecture and interior design studio specialising in the comprehensive management of residential, hospitality and retail projects across the Costa del Sol. With nearly two decades of experience working with local and international clients on villas, multi-family developments, boutique hotels and luxury renovations, the studio is guided by a design philosophy it summarises in a single phrase: beauty is in the simplest solutions.   Klic Arquitectos works across the full range of architectural and interior design typologies on the Costa del Sol, managing every phase of a project from concept design and planning permission through to construction supervision and post-completion aftercare. The studio's six-stage process is built on the principles of transparency, fixed fees and fixed timelines from the point of concept sign-off, with no open-ended clauses, no surprises and no rotating teams. Every client speaks with Juan or Ruth directly at every stage of the project. No exceptions.

  The studio's portfolio covers single family villas and contemporary residential architecture across Málaga province, multi-family residential developments, luxury renovations of existing properties including villas and chalets, boutique hotel projects, retail environments and equipment installations. Bioclimatic design principles, Mediterranean materiality and a commitment to creating homes that work with the natural light, orientation and landscape of the Costa del Sol connect the practice's output across every typology.

  Among the studio's recent and completed projects, Villa Venetta is a contemporary single family residence with pool and pergola in Cártama, demonstrating the studio's command of clean contemporary residential architecture in the Málaga countryside. The Pintor Sorolla 15-17 multi-family building in Málaga city shows the practice's ability to deliver contemporary facade architecture at urban scale. The Santuario installation, designed for the La Clave brand at Marbella Home Meeting, was an ephemeral architectural space exploring the meeting of Italian precision and organic material warmth. The Terra proposal, a development of 62 homes in Santangelo Málaga, demonstrates the studio's ambition and technical capability at development scale.

  For international clients, Klic Arquitectos offers a specific protocol covering site visits coordinated with their schedule, decision-making by video call, and complete management of permits and payments during their absence. Juan and Ruth both speak English at a professional level and the studio maintains a full English-language website and services.

  The studio's fixed fee structure extends from concept design onward. Fees for single-family homes range from EUR 35,000 for homes under 200 square metres to EUR 80,000 for homes over 400 square metres, including the basic project, execution project and site supervision. Average cost overrun on Klic projects over the last three years has been below five percent of the initial budget.
